Since 2016, I’ve offered therapeutic and restorative treatments, including pregnancy massage, postnatal massage, Swedish massage, and deep tissue massage. My training spans various respected massage schools, including Thai Yoga Massage in Thailand. I’ve seen first-hand the powerful healing effects of massage—both physically and emotionally—and I continue to deepen my understanding through daily study and practice.
When I first began my journey as a massage therapist, I thought massage was simply relaxing. But I quickly discovered how deeply it supports the body—relieving pain, improving mobility, calming the nervous system, and creating space for emotional healing.
